How do I do this?? Is there any software/ that does this?

Or just a blog theme for wordpress that easily does this?

How much should I charge?

I have not used it, but here is plug in you can try it and see if it works for you. WPAds theSandbox

Semiologic Pro handles this very nicely, from what I hear. I have the software, but have not setup any ads yet. However, one of the testimonials sings its praises regarding ads (naturally). Meaningful Technology

If you've got the money to spend, I recommend OIOpublisher - Control Your Ad Space (non affiliated).

It's an awesome tool that automates ad selling, and well worth the price. I made 3x the cost of the product within an hour of putting it on my blog.
