Info product on sale - not selling and losing money - HELP

I created a niche product with a very experienced writer who wrote a great ebook on the niche, 46 pages of great content in my opinion.

The problem is I don't really have the time to wait for it to start selling.

I have about $300 invested in it and 0 return.. It's on click bank with over 1,000 views and 0 sales.

With the holidays coming up id like to get out if possible.

How would I go about it, i've got a great domain, the product in click bank, a free 3k report, and around 7 quality articles.

Is there a market for something like this? I know I can list in flippa or here, but is it really worth my time? Especially for a product and brand in my situation?

What would you suggest I do? And no, I am not soliciting offers whatsoever and pms from this thread inquiring to buy will be ignored.

I'm truly at a loss and need to find out a solution on how to best get results for my first info product, especially with Christmas coming.

Thanks so much for your honest responses

A 1000 views and no sales? it must be your sales copy... or it could be your site design. Are you explaining your product clearly, are you getting across the "WIIFT" (what's in it for them)

I'm in a similar situation only without any motivation to get out, maybe that's a bad thing. I spent $300 on a custom CRM script. Thought it would be some good residual income but never got off my butt to sell subscriptions.

I'm sure I'll end up putting it on Flippa or here to just get whatever I can get. Even if I only get 20 or 30 bucks I can buy a nice dinner and celebrate the experience. I guess it's a bit like gambling sometimes you just have to walk away from the table before you get in deeper.

Hmmm, guess it's time to think outside the box... maybe you could list the e-book as a PLR WSO for $10 and close sales at 30 sales then have a drawing from the people that bought and give the drawing winner the site and the articles.

Or maybe you could license the whole project to someone for say a 5% license fee and let them run with it for six months or so.

Just a couple idea starters maybe too far-fetched maybe not, your decision. Best of luck.

May not be what you want to hear, but I would figure out why it's not selling and fix the problem. 1,000 views is good traffic, it's possible that a few tweaks to your sales copy will get it converting. Are you charging too much? Are you not charging enough? I would try to fix it. Post a link to the sales page and ask for critiques and help.

A bit hard to make suggestions if we don't know what it is, or what the copy looks like.

Have you considered publishing through Amazon's Kindle??

Don't assume that CB is the be all and end all place to sell.

Did you check if your order button actually works?
