Hi

im a little puzzled, i just noticed i pay Aweber based on number of subscribers + un subscribed. Is that correct ?

I tried to erase the unsubscribers but the numbers wont drop so still paying a lot of extra for those people that arent on my lists.

Looks like thieving to me or maybe there is something i should do and i didnt.

Yeah they include unsubscribed in the totals. It's a good idea deleting them like you say. When I delete mine they don't delete instantly, maybe that's why they seem as if the numbers aren't changing. Just takes a little while to reflect in your total number.

Remember to remove all unsubscribers, you do not need them and legally you have no right to contact them. They are a useless waste of account resources.

Nope. They just place a little check mark by their name, and you can't send to them.

However, this is a good thing in one way: it shows you which message the person unsubscribed on. This can help you spot patterns for which messages are causing the biggest problem. If they deleted and erased all records immediately, you wouldn't know what could be valuable information.

Once you make a note of which message they unsubscribed from go ahead and delete them from your list.

I'm rather new at IM and still don't have a Aweber account, but I thought it was a flat rate around 20$ a month. Please correct me if I'm wrong. Thanks, Jim

That's the way it used to be, but now it's based on the size of your list. I was grandfathered in on the monthly plan (paid 12 months at a time), so don't know what the new rate structure is, but I know it's a larger investment.

    Subscribers up to 500 = 19$, 501-2,500 = 19$+10$, 2,501-5,000 = 19$ +30$, 5,001-10,000 =19$ + 50$, 10,001-25,000 = 19$ + 130$, 25,001+ = contact them.

I just checked and these fees are based on monthly payments.

    Thanks, Jim
