Does this still work for EZA?

It's been quite a while since i've tried this, but can you write a good converting article on EZA and still drive it to a squeeze page as long as the squeeze page has relevant info. Curious before I even try again.

I'm pretty sure your EZA article can link to a squeeze page, did they not allow this in the past?

They just accepted an article from me a couple of weeks ago that goes straight to a squeeze page.

They have to go to a top-level domain as well, no?

But yeah, squeeze pages are fine.

Most of the time you can do this.

But be aware that, as explained on their blog, they do actually reserve the right to decline articles if the site linked to in the resource-box is "insufficiently informative for our readers" (i.e. is a squeeze-page or a sales page).

The reality is that (again, as they hint on their blog) they'll exercise this right only if they feel that the article content is "derivative".

In other words, to all intents and purposes, they'll tolerate "derivative content" to some extent, and they'll tolerate squeeze pages in the resource-box to some extent, but if you try doing both together, and they don't feel like it, they can say "no".

Then don't allow yourself to be so dependent on one third-party service, because if EZA continue to tighten up their editorial policies (as they say they will), you might suddenly find yourself without a business, one day!
