Intro and Suggestions for my site

Hi
I am new here and would like to learn alot about IM and hope to be successful.

I would like some input of my site and what im doing right and what i can do to make it better. Its bringing in about 10 visitors a day. The site has been up and running for about a month. So if you like can you take a look at my site and give me pointers.

    Hi,

    I think your theme is bit wrong. You talk about news there. Maybe news theme, so you can sort your news out. You talk about TSA, sorry but i don't know what is TSA. And i'm sure there's many readers out there, who don't know anything about TSA.

    Start targeting your posts with keywords. You should change your blog title. You can't leave it "you are not crazy, unless you leave". If you treat it like a business, you get business results. Also if you talk about news etc. you really can't have a tab "wrestling fans". Or say that everything is crazy crazy. You want to look professional. "Crazy free stuff" ...change that around for "competition", where they can answer few questions and maybe win something. Also make sure you use opt-in there for every niche.

    Overall, i can see you love to write. Keep it up. You are doing well.

    Some initial thoughts from me...

    Nice clean site template, looks professional enough.

    No clarity about what the blog is about. At first I assumed it was a wrestling blog because of the banner on the right, but then I start reading about airport scanners and whether gay people should be able to get married (agree with you btw!). Then some wrestling posts... feels like a jumble of content.

    Not sure about the 'You're not crazy unless you leave this site' and the donate ask. Both smack of desperation, especially if the visitor hasn't got a clue what the site is about. Unless you are getting donations, I'd remove.

    I do like the way you are writing your own content and not spewing some autoblog stuff. And you write well too.

    The empty slideshow thing that says 'install this plugin to get started' is only adding to the randomness.

    I think you've made a promising start, so just need to get focussed on who your audience is and how you can engage them.
