Wordpress pop over opt in

How do I add this code to the wordpress? I used a simple text box and added the code, it works but it will bring the pop over on everytime I navigate to another page. Ideally I would like to set it so it only appears once a week per visitor - if that is possible.

I also use the one at cheapinternetmarketingtools.com

It's not a plugin, but unlike most pop-ups (including aweber) it leaves a tab so someone can close it at the start, but then still come back to it later - Slide Pop-up

I have all the plugin that they sell but they have the worst support that i find on IM

I dont suggest to buy from them.
I really have some problems with 2 plugins and i dont get an answer what exactly or how to fix the issue.

That's a big claim, and hopefully Anonymous Affiliate will reply to it.

I've had two issues - one a month back was sorted fine and the other I'm now waiting 48 hours for a response.
