This is one thing i must face as i am trying to make some cash for Christmas and i bet many other people are, i list below how i am making money online, (very little),
1. The adsence program seems OK but its very slow.
2. I also run ads from blacklableads but this is also very slow as its a 3 month wait.
3. fiverr is another one but its 12 days for payout, but to get work is slow.

I am looking for ways to make money that i can use for holidays, what are your thoughts and ideas that a person like me and many others...

send a email to your list.

Give them great info, and then an affliate offer.

If you have a good list of people who trust you, there is no reason you wont makes sales from this.

I have been doing this for years....best way to make money, as long as you have a good relationship with nice happy clients.

I always ask the same question, the fastest way I found so far is flipping sites. If you have cash to spend you can buy cheap blog on DP, make some changes and sell on flipps. But it always took me around 2 weeks to get the cash so it's not so quick for urgent needs.

I think the fastest way is to create articles and sell them as PLR on WSO, my english sucks so this is definitely not my thing :p

If you are a niche marketer like I and not building some sort of a list you should be shot.

I nearly got backhand B#@ch slapped by my mentor when I first told him I was not building a list of prospect to sell to.

If you are good at building lists, and giving great content away, then you have already won half the battle to making money online. This is more for the niche marketer type though.

Adsense is whack! But if you're getting millions of hits a day then more power to you.

Making money online if you're just starting out during holiday season is very hard. It's too hectic and the payout takes too long. People are too impatient for that because they have so much in their mind. You're better off finding a part time job.

That's what I'm doing right now. But at the same time I still promote my online services hoping that I can catch a break with that.

My top three favorites are as follows:
Email Lists - Provided that you have a good list you can make a decent income from this.

Flipping Sites - Most likely the EASIEST way o pull a profit! Simply go to Ebay and buy a decent site for $1-$10 and turn around copy the ad and proceed to listing it on DP forums for 5-10 times the profit.

Onsite SEO - This is my favorite as its pretty easy to do and works just as well as linkbuilding if you know what your doing.

Its' not that hard to build a list. For example, at the moment I'm building a list that's getting about 300 new emails signed up a day. Just offer something good, and make sure the client knows that their email address will be marketed to

Other than that, I really don't believe there is such thing as quick money...

I like to flip sites, because I can always make $100 or more off of a site when I need money. That's because I'm always building them, so I always have inventory to sell if I need cash. Since most of my sites make at least some income, they are very easy to sell on Flippa. I do one day auctions, but most of my sites go for the BIN pretty quickly.

I also solicit and do custom website design work, with a lot of it coming from former Flippa customers.

If I'm really desperate and sales on Flippa are slow (I find bid amounts really drop during the holiday season), I can always write some articles for Textbrokers or Demand Studios, but these aren't my preferred ways of making money, since writing is so tedious (though Demand Studios does pay by PayPal every Tuesday and Friday, so you can get paid quickly for the work you do for them).

I much prefer making and selling niche websites. It's lucrative and lots of fun!

      This one's even better:

Selling a short guide about making quick cash that tells people to sell short guides about making quick cash. All for quick cash.

In all seriousness, quick cash can be made but opportunities are too far in between. If it still worked, I would've said flip a startup site. Nowadays you have to think long term.

My favorite way to make quick cash is to sell online or computer services offline.

    I.E...

    Clean up viruses.

Research a topic for someone and present it on a CD.

    "Sell" hosting.

    Sell information products.

    Build a ugly little website.

    The list is endless.

If you think Fiverr is too slow I really don't know what to tell you. That's my source for fast cash infusions when I need one. If you have a list you can promote something with instant PayPal-payout. Just make sure you don't hurt your relationship with the readers.

    Good luck to you.

For me, the best way to make a quick cash is through article marketing. And if your concern if for this holiday, you can opt for online product selling. Most people, especially those who can't afford to go to malls for the holiday rush would prefer just to shop online.

Not sure how active Craigslist is in Australia but that's a great place to make some quick cash. Go into the services section and find someone like a carpet cleaner or an auto repair place and offer to make them a nice flyer. Explain to them that it's like a one-page website but for Craigslist.

The really nice thing about doing flyers for Craigslist is all the HTML limitations. These limitations prevent customers from expecting some amazing creation. Even so you can still show them how much nicer a flyer can be compared to a dull text-only ad. Plus you can push the fact they can have more than four photos.

To make the flyers you can use the free WYSIWYG editor NVU or any of the free Craigslist flyer creation websites. Another angle you can use is to go to small businesses that aren't using Craigslist and explain that it's a great place to get some bonus advertising for their business and oh by the way let me do a flyer for you.

I don't prospect on Craigslist but instead go to local business networking groups. So far I've done 15 or 20 of these. Certainly not a million-dollar deal but some nice extra cash that can be snagged pretty quick.

Something else you can offer to small business is a video on the first page of Google annotated with their web address and targeted to their local keywords like Sydney carpet cleaners. This one is easy to sell because you only charge for results.

I worked a fair in September and the booth across from me had a supposedly new product from Europe called the Miracle Mat. A quick Google search showed almost no competition so I offered him first place on Google in exchange for two of his Miracle Mats ($90 value). I shot a 38 second video and posted it to only seven or eight video sharing sites. Only took a day or so and I got my Miracle Mats.

Of course this doesn't work if Google isn't showing videos for the targeted keywords but it's so easy to do it doesn't hurt to try.

Another one I used to work is securing people's routers but anymore most people are able to do that out of the box. If you want to try this though, walk through a neighborhood with your laptop looking for open WiFi spots then put a postcard on the doors closest to where you're getting the signal. Postcard doesn't have to say much except: your system is unsecured, don't leave yourself unprotected, I can help you out quick and easy - call now!

Best of luck with your cash crunch.

Observation and experience has shown me that for creating substainable long term wealth in Internet marketing list building is necessity. List building is a constant process and should tied in to all of your marketing efforts. The best approach is use multiple points of contact (blog, articles, social media) to drive people to your squeeze page.

you my friend, are very smart. Very nice piece of advice. Took me a year to work that out.... but If you live by this rule, and anyone else reading this, you are sure to make it big in this game. I guarantee it.

even if people like frank kern lost their lists yesterday, how would they plug their latest stuff and make 1 million dollars in a week???.

Simple!....he would go to the other marketers with even bigger lists to promote. yes..yes...i know he sort of has a brand already and a name, but comon in the end, what is he using. Lists and email..... to make some of the green, say no more!! Without email no one would know what you are offering. So it is a very quick way to make cash.

Because in the end, for people to make money, someone has to buy something.

Is there any other way you can think of?
(in your sig you are selling your time and your skills - right? i.e. trading your time for some cash...)

Before cash (=money) was invented people were trading/exchanging goods: I give you a banana, you give me a shell

Since we use money we don't trade anymore physical goods - we have an understanding (convention) of the value of each goods and services, and we exchange the "money" equivalent of the goods and services... no matter on which end of the transaction we are. You either sell or you buy.

You can sell physical goods (your chair); or information (an ebook); or your time. The latter in the real world is called a job

I always find running a WSO to be quick way of generating some cashflow - especially if you can offer a product or service that's relevant to marketers, and can keep the quantities limited.
