INTERNET MARKETING

I have my blog comments set so that I have to approve them before they are posted, lol, I get some funny ones which end up in the trash, but none quite like this one I received today:

I love it! the colours work so well together, and the form really improves on his/her’s previous work. The use of goats testicles is really quite innovative!

These are all spammers who are greedy for getting backlinks. But this one was the smart and funny spammer.

  Funny, but it still gets deleted off MY blogs. My spam policy is zero tolerance. If you hang around here but user xrumer and the like, well, you might be a warrior but you ain't no friend of mine.

  Yeah, I see that a lot. If I see that the business seems reputable I sometimes drop them an email and say hey, do you know that your 'SEO agency' is sullying your reputation? Not too many replies though...

That's a classic. Maybe the poster has been watching I'm a celebrity get me out of here. I would remove their link before approving and add my own comment to it.

Unfortunately the only way I've managed to stop it has been disabling comments on some of my blogs and funny enough if you check the spammers links out a lot of them have turned their comments off, spammers getting fed up with being spammed I think

Ha ha I've just found it on one of my blogs. The plonker has linked to his profile on a computer forum that will surely get deleted if the owner gets spamming complaints

I have seen some funny ones in the past also... like this one that was posted on a marketing mindset post of mine...

I can already imagine php coders competing with each other to be the first to produce the first WordPress goats' testicles plugin, the WSO forum will be alive with threads with titles like 'Billy's Nads Got Me $1,457.83 In 24 Hours! Some of those comments are probably auto posted by people using some kind of a mass blog commenting software.

I remember a few months back i installed wordpress on one of my websites, left it alone for about a month came back and had about 300 spam comments. Its pretty messed up and really annoying.

omg...spamming in this case actually has a purpose, making me go crazy as my coffee went all over my t-shirt...too much laughing; but seriously now, it seems a lot less worse than the usual spam...i would actually allow such comments on my blog if i'd had such humorous pieces of "wisdom"

  Not as funny as the other comment but maybe he means I should use goats testicles to get power. If this spammer continues I might start looking forward to the comments
