Webdesigner request: Need a good and effective webdesigner for my new website.

I am planning a major international site for the history of photography in full width and depth. It will embrace everything about photography, photographic practice and culture till this day, including the latest news etc. In other words; it will hopefully appeal to most people with an interest in pictures. For this I am building a worldwide network of correspondents and photo-historians in addition to a board of specialists.
I am looking for an experienced and qualified designer. It might take some time to respond, since I really need to look through everyone's portfolio etc. to find the right guy.

    Seriously everyone, this is going to be BIG. I'm sure there must be someone out there who might be interested.
    Imagine what a website like this can do for your portfolio...

    And yes, I'm going to help Robert market the website etc. He is truly a master of content, and this is serious. Even though he have only got 1 post,it's because I convinced him to sign up here to learn, and find a good webdesigner. He really is a professor, no BS.
