That's like saying Anyone here making modelling your full time job or acting, or free lance web design, or PPC management.

Some people take 6 months and some people take 6 years, there are no guarantees you will be successful fast.

Are you very motivated? Do you learn fast? Do you have any previous experience with online marketing in general? Do you currently have the time to invest?

IM is a real business just like any other and takes time and effort for 99.9% of people.

There's really no way to gauge this accurately. My company works with individuals, along with small and medium sized business owners. Some people have similar skill sets and yet have completely different levels of success. A lot of it is based on mindset and a true willingness to learn, instead of hoping that clicking on a button and listening to the latest guru will resolve all your problems. One of my clients recently told me she finds the concept of online marketing to be "both empowering and intimidating." She is new to this process, so I am looking forward to when she finds it more empowering than anything else. Best wishes to you.

IM is my full-time "job", but the road for me was arduous and rocky in the beginning. I spent over a year working 15+ hour days trying to get things off the ground. I won't lie to you, in the beginning it'll take a lot of intense focus and true commitment to actually reach the level where you'll be able to provide for yourself and your family through IM.

I would have to say that IM has been my full time "job" for over 3 years now - but I'm still not making a full living at it.

I do earn a decent income stream stretched over a few different websites, but in order for me to make a full-time living at it, I know there is only one more thing left for me to really do well and take my business to the next level:
=> WORK WITH TOTAL and CONSISTENT FOCUS WITHOUT DISTRACTION (which is usually self-inflicted).

I do believe that what I truly need to master now that I've got the basics down is to apply the all-important self discipline.

Kathy, it's great that you're very clear about what you need to do! Unfortunately in IM it's easier said that done - everyone knows they need sheer focus and dedication to make it, but the reality is life gets in the way, and the worst thing of all is "bright shiny object" syndrome, which tends to strike us when we're in the midst of doing something boring and tedious with our internet marketing!

I have been 100% income from various IM strategies (never use only one if you have no regular income) for going on 4 years now.

For the first almost 10 months I had a 40 hour a week job. I believe I made under $4 with just AdSense my first month. Once you find things that work for you and mostly automate or keep relatively low upkeep on and can expand to a few others, preferably with different monetization methods ie adsense, CPA with a couple networks, affiliate program such as CB and your own products via PayPal and go for a few months making enough with these and they are diversified enough then you can think about quitting your job. Just remember to keep it diverse, if one of your income streams dies put in the overtime and find another to replace it, that will keep your money from drying up - methods do slow down or die completely from time to time.

      Good Advice!

I have learned so much, and continue to learn from this forum. I have purchased some really good WSO's recently, and at the end of the day, it's all about acting on the information and implementing. This is something I struggled with for awhile, but I am now over that hurdle.

My goal is to be earning a full-time living with IM within the next 6 months. By that, I mean over $100,000.00 Per/Year. My ultimate goal is to become a millionaire with IM. I have the drive and ambition to do it, and I will get there eventually.

There is nothing stopping anyone from earning 6 or 7 figures, except for yourself. If you want something bad enough in life, and give it your all to obtain it, you will without a doubt get there.

I still think it involves a lot of luck and not what you know but WHO you know. You can know everything their is and what to do but sometimes it just doesn't work out for you. I think that I'm coming to realize that. I'm really only making money off my banner site, all of my other sites are just making peanuts. It gets frustrating but I'm told it takes a lot of patience too.
