Forum Management Software

Anyone know of some forum management software? I have too many to try to keep track of/login to every day. I know there is this for social sites, I am curious if anyone has done it for forums?

      That would be nice, I also would like a way to manage my interactions from a single interphase. ie be able to enter what forums I want to manage into the system and see each and interact as people comment on threads and topics I start/or participate in. The same thing exhists for social media with Facebook/Twitter/Others all from one spot. I am trying to find the same thing for forums.
