WP themes?

INTERNET MARKETING

I am not very well versed on WordPress. I've got a header that was designed for me a while back that measures 725 pixels wide (If I needed to expand it a bit the image would still hold it's integrity).

How can I go about searching for a theme that has a header of that width so I can very simply install the them and the header with it?

Thanks.

You should check free available WP themes by Googling them and select one as per your requirement. There are many sites which are offering simple and free WP themes.

In this article there is a list of theme sites, both free and paid, which will get you access to more than 2,000 themes in total - should be one there that works:

Great stuff, thanks all. So I'm clear, if I insert the header into an appropriate theme, the theme will adjust itself to fit the pixel size of the header?

If you're looking for a free theme that will automatically adapt your header size, you may want to consider Semiologics.

If you're looking for a free theme and the ability to easily customize headers, then the default Twenty Ten will work just fine. You'll have to stretch your graphic a little because I believe (if I remember correctly) that the header size in Twenty Ten is 800+ pixels wide.

Just resize the image. I do that often. Every basic image editor can do that.
