Anyone else having trouble with GetResponse?

I know they sometimes have delays in their mailings, but I just wondered if anyone else had delays or issues... I sent a newsletter a short bit ago, and it still is sitting in "scheduled" even though its been an hour. And, in my other list, it set it as a draft which was REALLy wierd.

Anyone else having issues?

Have you contacted the tech support team about the issue?

I would definitely recommend that as the starting point. No doubt they'd like to know if there is a problem so they can resolve it for you.

Sometimes, odd things happen in my GR account - message posting area.

Let me ask... are you on your own mailing list? I'm on all of mine. That way, you can tell immediately if the mailing is not going out, or it's a glitch in your visual display.

Several times I've sent my newsletter, but when I look at the History page, it shows that it's not scheduled and it's not in the sent. Then all of a sudden, I click to another option and it shows as sent.

As far as saving drafts, the system does that automatically if you do not save. It's their auto-save feature that creates drafts just in case you lose your message. I have some in my account that were actually sent out. I just ignore them.

So first, I'd say get on your own list and send a test message to see if your campaign is working.

Then, contact GR with your questions. It'll take them a few days to get back to you anyway and from my experience, they tend not to fully comprehend what you're telling them. I believe they are Europeans - Danes or something, and don't always get English, so you might expect several exchanges before you get helpful answers.

Same here. There are times when it says it has not sent. I'll then click on another part of the site, come back to my history, and, like magic, it is updated to 'sent' status.

...I'm not sure what causes it, but my messages have all gone out. I am going to place myself on my list now, though, just to make sure.
