Depending on dot-net 4.0 -- OK or a hindrance?
So my question is, is this going to be a major turn-off for people, i.e. they may have to download and install dot-net 4.0 (which is a piece of cake by the way, just *do it* from here: Download details: Microsoft .NET Framework 4 (Web Installer)) ? Or is it OK to depend on dot-net 4.0 since it's mature and apparently (according to the searches I've done) stable and functional?
Please advise.
