Help finding WP Plugin For Automating Ad Posts - Feature specific

Does anyone know where I can find a Wordpress plugin for
automatically creating ads "AFTER" a post?

Not specifically looking for "SIDEBAR" widget. I'm looking for a plugin that will do the following in this scenario:

Scenario:
You create a post (using any theme).
2. Automatically, a post of random ads has it's own "post like" section.

Example: TechCrunch.com

Looking for the following features:
1. Ability to place any size type ad
2. To be randomized between the number of content based posts. Meaning, if I create 3 posts, then 1 ad post block, 5 posts, then 1 ad post block.
3. A plugin where you DON"T have to edit any CSS code or add manually customize your post php files, etc.
4. Looking for Plug & Play, where there's a back end & all you have to do is add your Ad scripts/html/codes.

Note: I already know of OIO Publisher -- however, I dont'' think it efficiently & easily adds this concept for Posts. Easy & great for Sidebar widget implementation. But not easy for Posts - i think.

Until you mentioned OIO I thought you were looking for something that would insert ads for your affiliate promotions in your own blog.

Now that you mentioned OIO... I am confused: would these be ads that people pay you to be displayed on your blog... or?

As for the example (techcrunch) they use a javascript from ADTECH Ad Server Solutions for Publishers, Ad Networks, Agencies and Advertisers - Home (<== the miracles of looking at the source code )

Yes, it could be any type of ad. The ad is usually just a code, whether it be contextual or graphic based.

Yes, Techcrunch serves via AdTech solutions. So, most likely, there theme simply has a Widget most likely, configured to place that javascript code in there. Also, if you notice on TC, that those Ad blocks beneath the posts are randomized - meaning that they aren't in a specified order.
For example, it shows: 1 post, Ad block, 3 posts, Ad block, 5 posts, Ad block, for their front page. So, rather have a stale look, the ads are random.

So, the goal here would be to find a plugin that allows to create an "EMPTY POST" that will serve any type of Ad unit, whether it be:
      1. Google Adsense
      2. Graphic Ads w/ javascript
      3. HTML code
      4. Various sizes, 125 x 125, large banner sizes, etc.

Do you see what I'm saying?

Couldn't really read the screenshots, as they are static.

But i'm basically looking for the ability to have Ads within a small block of posts. Similar to the Advertisemetn section of Techcrunch.

However, not focused on a 3rd party ad service to publish the ads, but to be able to do it in house.

For example, OIO publisher allows you to serve them yourself but it's efficient in utizliing the SIDEBAR widget for Wordpress. I do not think it can do it "AFTER A POST."
The after a post feature is what i'm trying to find.
Or in between posts, on a random level.

Can you explain that site you sent -- Affiliate Admaster?
