    Hi there

You will have to go through PayPal's screening process and set up a bank account. If you don't do this you will only be able to download I think it is about $500 - it might have changed.

Once you have gone through this process and added a bank account you simply click the withdraw funds button and add the amount you wish to withdraw.

    Hope this makes sense

Add a bank account. You link this to your paypal. Once you do this, you'll be able to go online to your account and choose how much you want to withdraw.

You can also apply for a Paypal Debit card. This card will allow you to spend directly what ever is in your account.

Another good way and one I use all the time.
Apply for a paypal visa debit card. You top up a card with some money from your paypal account and you can then use the card just like a normal visa card.
Its great for sites like Amazon who dont use paypal.

Regarding the linking to the bank. I think the issue was covered in the above posts.

The ONLY way to get an accurate answer is to go to paypal, log into your account and look up the information for YOUR country.

Without a location listed, people can only tell you what methods they can use where they live. That might not apply to you in your location.

Before you use paypal, take some time and read through the terms and learn how it works.

What are the terms of the card? Does it have high % interest? Can you do normal stuff like cash advance / online card payments?

PayPal Debit Cards are really only available in the USA,
so for many of us that's not an option..

I think they were available in other places for a while..

You can withdraw the money to your VISA card
also from other countries (not only USA).

The down side of withdrawing to VISA is that
it costs you a lot to withdraw money from the
      ATM.

You can also use this money to pay with your
card once you withdrew it from PayPal. This way
you don't pay any commissions (other than the $2
      for withdrawal from PayPal).

      Take care.

Withdraw Money to Your Bank Account

1.Add a bank account to your PayPal account if you don't already have one associated with it. Make sure that you have gone through the process of confirming your bank account with PayPal.

2.Assure that the bank account to which you want to transfer money is designated as your primary bank account. This can be checked and changed on your PayPal "Profile Summary" page.

3.Sign in to your PayPal account and click the "Withdraw" tab at the top of the "Account Overview" page.

4.Choose the "Transfer Funds to Your Bank Account" option and click on the hyperlink.

5.Enter the amount of money you want to withdraw and choose the correct bank account from the drop-down menu. Hit the "Submit" button.

6.Allow 3 to 5 business days for the funds to post to your bank account.

    Withdraw Money by Check

1.Click on the "Withdraw" tab in your PayPal account.

2.Use the "Request a Check From PayPal" link.

3.Enter the amount you wish to withdraw, allowing for a small processing fee to be taken from your PayPal balance.

4.Confirm that your address is correct and hit the "Continue" button.

5.Wait 1 to 2 weeks to receive your check in the mail.

Withdraw Money via a PayPal Debit Card

1.Apply for a PayPal debit card by scrolling down to the bottom of any PayPal page and clicking on the "ATM/Debit Card" link.

2.Provide the requested information and submit your request for a debit card. You will receive your card and PIN in the mail in separate envelopes in approximately 2 weeks.

3.Use your PayPal debit card as you would any other, either at an ATM or by getting cash back when you make a purchase with your card.

    Hi,
I have been with pay pal since they started. Now a new account has a hold for 45 days. Be careful if you are selling a product and need the money quick. Also get yourself a debit card, fastest way to take money from your account.

    Best wishes

You can either transfer your funds to your bank account, request a check or apply for the paypal debit card.
