Looking for OTO script

I want to create a One time offer page where the user only gets to see the sale offer once, after they click on the confirmation link. Does anybody know where I can find one that works.

    thanks for the link. Looks like its for wordpress rather than html pages. I'll ask the creator to see if it works with html
