Can anyone recommend a good pluggin for a Enquiry Form for a Wordpress Site?

What is an enquiry form?

If you meant to have a contact form - there are dozens...
What did you find when you searched the WP plugin depository?

Hi, I personally recommend Gravity Forms. It isn´t free ($39+) but you can add your own fields and use it for a number of other purposes as well; for example, you could allow users on your website to send files with the enquiry. Actually, there are quite a few free plugins that will let you add your own fields...
As for letting people to upload/send/attach files - I am not sure that would be an advantage (you can get a lot of nasty harmful uploads... just saying)

I recently switch to Contact Form 7 and really like it.

I did just try MM Forms also ... offered by a pair of coders one being the coder for Contact Form 7 ... but the emailing of the form was inconsistant. I don't know if this was a host issue or the plugin. If you can get this one to work there are some very nice features that Contact Form 7 doesn't have.

FYI, for the captcha feature you'll need an add-on plugin which is mentioned once you install Contact Form 7.

Contact Form 7 or SI Contact Forms are two of the most customisable, have spam protection and are free.
