Need help with buying domain name

Hi, I need some help with buying domains. I were searching for a suitable domain for my new website and I were looking for an year old domain. I came across a suitable .com domain on namepros. The seller listed 20 other domains and the one I am interested is priced at $10. The domain renewal is on July 2011..Registrar was namecheap and the seller can push it to my namecheap account easily for free.. Is it a good deal to buy from namepros? $10 seems to be too low for that domain. Or is there any other hidden charges? What are the precautions to be taken when buying domain from namepros?

I buy and sell domains everyday and im on Namepros to. You can send me the link via PM and can advise on the seller and if ok to deal with. 98% of the deals on NP are good!

NamePros is a community and not a domain registrar. However you should be cautious with whom you deal with.

I've been a member of NamePros for more than 4 years now and have read many horror stories however I doubt anyone would "screw" you for $10

Good luck and make sure you tell us how did it go

    Thanks for quick reply, guys.
@Olgi, I were looking for some expired domains or parked ones, thats atleast an year old. Thats why I searched on namepros and other communities. I found one catchy domain for my project on sedo too but the auction price was like $600..
@DNchamp , I cant pm you yet. I would like to know if there's some fees or something for buyers on namepros..
