*Giving away the PLR (as is) for list building

*Starting a PLR membership site

*Repacking (without changing content) and selling it again

*Not improving the content or graphics

*Not changing the mode of consumption.

        The first 'specific' that pops into my head are not using PLR that 'complements' an offer as bonuses to the offer and and upsell, etc.

        For instance, selling a gardening book, but as a bonus giving a bundle of PLR articles on the subject of car maintenance.
