How to add a blank line between brackets when spinning

hello,

whenever I spin articles there is a strange thing happening all the time. Somehow there is always a blank line missing between brackets and words or other brackets, like:

[importance|essence]of

Between "]" and "of" there must be a blank line. Is there a way to quickly seek and replace this with word or excel or better openoffice?

thanks and regards

When you say blank lined do you mean a space? You could search and replace "]" with "] "

That would be the quickest way of doing it I would think.

This is the easiest way to do it. Ctrl-F in Word, go to Replace tab and enter "]" and "] " in the appropriate fields. Same steps for Excel.
