Quick newbie question regarding Adwords

Hi, I'm currently in the process of setting up an Adwords account on google. Now, I'm up to the part where it's asking me what countries or regions to use. Since I'm not targeting any specific city or anything like that, which countries should I include and exclude?

    Include all english speaking countries if your promoting an english speaking product...

    UK US Australia New Zealand etc.

    TIP, what currency is your product in? create seperate campaigns for each currency and target the specific country of that currency for better conversion rates.

    I would definitely include the USA because its a very targeted market there. You don't have to include them but I would recommend targeting them as your market.

    USA, UK, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, Ireland. Those are generally the ones you have to include in for most niches.

    You could add in India, Malaysia and perhaps Scandinavian countries to get more traffic (generally English speaking countries of course).

    Great, thanks for the tips. Yes, I was just thinking of including the main English speaking countries, but wasn't sure if it would be worth including a few of the countries like the Philippines, India and others that a lot of people outsource to.

    For now I just want to do a bit of testing, and see how well I go promoting Clickbank products, and things like that before I put out any of my own products.

    Kirk, interesting point about Singapore. Is that for mostly IM products?
