So this might seem funny Or not to alot of the more experienced, but still.

I am an awful landing page creator. AWFUL!

I am trying to create a health/weight loss product landing page any ideas?

Hints, Tips or tricks for a rookie of this type of stuff.

Maybe what type of style or format to use.
More text than images?
Or more images than text?

    You should Google things like 'Great Landing Pages' - there is a ton of material out there on this topic.

    Your landing page design has to be specific to what you're selling and the type of traffic your are sending there - if you're using PPC try and match the landing page header or sub-header to your ad headline.

    Here'a few general tips that I've used

    - sell the benefit (what's in it for me)
    - include a value statement near the top of the page
    - videos can work well
    - testimonials are a 'must'
    - a guarantee is expected...
    - include free gifts
    - I revise my copy at least 20 times and I print it out as well
    - make sure you have clear calls to action (ie click the button below to get your ....)

    • I have all of that, but the right now it is all in the crappy old school style with huge red font and <h2> and <h1> all over the page.

      It just isn't that attractive for my product, and to top it off i am selling a physical product.
  • Maybe check Warriors for hire, Fiverr or Odesk and find someone that can do it for you on the cheap.

    Sometimes there's things were just better off not doing for ourselves.
