I am looking to get into building amazon based websites is there any wsos you recommend that has helped you along the way.

I think the procedure is pretty much the same as building a blog, posting on it then monetising it with amazon widgets and banners as you would do with adsense or clickbank affiliate program.

  The secret to doing well with Amazon products is to:
  
  1. Choose products over $150 and those getting good reviews.
  2. Write exceptionally good product reviews.
  3. Use text links not widgets when referring readers to Amazon.

  All you really need are the usual methods to create and promote your affiliate websites whether that is a small keyword focussed niche site, a larger website, or even some sort of auto-blog if you learn how to make each method work well.

There are two recent WSO's I would suggest. I've used them both and found them to be full of good solid content.

1) Jan Roos WSO. This provides a video program (allowing you to watch over his shoulder how he sets up a site). Well done and he has always answered my emails promptly for the questions I had.
2) Michael Franklin's 14 day Coaching program. I choose this program as my starting point as it forced me to do daily tasks (take action). Good stuff.
