Hey all. I have an idea for a site I'm hoping to create in the next few weeks. But I have a big problem. I can't think of a catchy domain name! Here's a quick rundown of the site:

It's basically an online bookstore. I'll be selling e-books (possibly physical books as well) covering all niches; lifestyle design, travel, I.M., etc.

I've come up with a few ideas:
  • E-bookie
  • Ebookie
  • E-bookler
  • Ebookler
  • E-bookz
  • Ebookz
  • E-books-online
  • Ebooksonline
  • A1-ebooks
  • etc........
I'm indifferent when it comes to the '-' within the domain, so.....

If ya' have any ideas, please share with me!!!

Cheers

generally if you stick "e" in front of anything it defaces the value substantially.
I understand that you are trying to sell ebooks but I have also heard that the word "ebook" means pretty much nothing compared to what it used to...try something else like "report"...mess around with different ideas. That is just what I have heard though.

Other than that what are the average searches per month?

Edit: Also try to avoid dashes.

      @AdmiralGloom -

      1) Thanks for the advice. When you say that ""ebook" means pretty much nothing compared to what it used to", are speaking in terms of SEO or customer trust?

2)You'll have to look it up yourself

      3) I don't mind dashes. I've had plenty of success with them before. I understand that it might be harder to remember than a domain without, but hey.....

I'd stay away from the "bookie" terms. Not sure what that means where you come from, but where I grew up, it has very little to do with actual books. At least not with the kind you read.

    @ vstar00 - yup, that's where I got the idea from

@ is 'e-book' really such a negative term in the consumer's eyes?
