Disclaimer on sales pages

Hi,

Do you really care about whether a product has disclaimer or not, on its sales page, before promoting it?

FTC has specifically mentioned that product having testimonials must carry a disclaimer.

But I think many products on cb do not have a disclaimer, although they
have testimonials.

So what do you think? Is it okay to promote them? Asking bcoz I am about to promote such a product.
