Hello i am currently setting up my site, but am unsure as to how you create a Opt In box at the bottom of a landing page?

Are you using any email marketing site in particular? For site like aweber, they provide you with little code to put into your site.

      Ok thnk you
If you were to advertise your product, then how would you have a optin box on your page though?

I'd normally write a short report or email course which links in with the subject of your product. Once you sign up with an autoresponder such as aweber or getresponse then I would have the opt-in box on the front page of my blog, offering to give the course or report free when someone opts in.

Follow up messages could then contain info on your product and links to your sales page.

I guess you could have this on your landing page instead- some folks have a box which pops up containing the opt in form, I'm not quite sure what software you'd need for this though.

You use an html editor and edit the source code of the page to add the form code where you want it to display within that page.

        1. Generate your code (you get this from your autoresponder company)
        2. Copy and Save this to a text file on your computer
        3. Open up your html editor and the page you want to add the form to
        4. In source view copy and paste the form code you got from your autoresponder company.
        5. View the page in html mode to check that the form is in the right place.
        6. Save the new page and upload it to your hosting space.

Good free html editor is Kompozer (google it)
