Opt In Box on an article ?

Was just wondering how it is that you can advertise an article about a product and include a box where people can opt in?

    It is a novel idea that we have tried before.

    In an ideal world it would be awesome.

    The problem is that all article directories prohibit that and most website owners frown on it.

    What most people do is to set a basic link to the squeeze page with the opt-in form, and that works great for most people who use it.

    Just embed the optin form directly within the post. Why people willingly give their articles to EzineArticles so they can make millions, I have no idea.

        Believe me, I know the "strategy". I just don't understand why you wouldn't develop your own web properties instead. With the amount of Adsense blocks on EzineArticles, I wonder how much leakage is going into EA's pocket. Millions for sure.

        But hey, do what you like. If EzineArticles works for you, then by all means continue to do it. I think all of you are missing an important point though.
