I paid with paypal, but why does it say it's private to me still?

  • Have you tried to log out, and then clear your browsers' cookies, clear the cache, and then close the browser, and then restart the browser and sign-in again?

    If nothing else help, you might just have to do like what Daryl mentioned, contact the Helpdesk.
