So I have found niche keyword that I want to create an affilite site around. I then found another longtail keyword based around it.

For example only - guitars

say I found and want to use "small guitars"

then I found "large guitars"

say they both have high search volume. Would I create a site for each one? Or how would I do both on one website and optimize it properly?

I would create a website for the keyword guitars and create two separate pages one for large guitars and another for small guitars.

Use the keyword in the page title and within each of the page using only one keyword per page. Also make sure you have the pages linked together and a sitemap as well.

Create one site, then use seo to rank for both the main keyword and the long-tailed keyword.

I'd also add both keywords to the title of the homepage and try and make a reference to both if you could.
