What work do you outsource?

Hi guys, I recently outsourced some social bookmarking and was really impressed with the results.

I am curious to know what things you have outsourced, basically i'm quite new to it and would like to know for future reference.

Thanks,

NOTE: If this is in the wrong section please move it mods and sorry for mistake.

I outsource some link building and anything that involved coding (not my thing). As much as it holds me back not outsourcing, I find that managing these workers is almost as much work as me doing the work myself!

    I usually outsource 99.99% of the techie-stuff I may need done! :-)
I also outsource some back linking. When necessary I outsource article writing and/or re-writing too.

Make a list of the core processes in your business - the activities that drive sales.

Now go through this list and figure out which processes you're good at and enjoy doing.

Those are the processes you do personally. Everything else, outsource.

All graphic work is outsourced. And, any complicated programming I need.
