Why is my site article on ommitted search results page?

I did a check on google with "site:mysitename.com" and found that most pages have been indexed. But the problem is one of my main article page is in the omitted search results in google.

Can someone please tell me why this happened? Is there a way to get it out of that?

    Well now the article shows up properly as indexed. Each page is shown twice in omitted results page.
