Setting up autoresponder

Dear Warriors, I need some help here.....

I need help in getting a solution of setting up autoresponders for several clients.

I hold an aweber account, but how do I set AW the right way - to get to handle different customers and different email adresses.

Maybe, I should hire a tech-savy person for this one.....

thanks, LASSE

I set up my clients each on their own totally separate account (and bill them for the monthly fee). Theoretically, you could have multiple clients on one account and just create separate lists. However, you might run into a problem if you and your client part ways. They'd have to start their own account and everyone would have to "opt-in again" (or so I've read).

There may be a work around...maybe an Aweber guru can chime in here. I just wanted to throw in this comment (for your safety sake) before you get started.

Lasse, if you're handling everything for the client and they are not going in to touch/configure anything on their Aweber account, then you can simply create a separate list campaign for them within your own account. This means that you have to insert email messages into the queue and also broadcast messages as needed for them when they request it (subject to the terms of your contract with them).

If they want to have personal access to the autoresponder account and add messages/broadcasts themselves, then I'd just have them sign up for their own individual accounts with your Aweber affiliate link, so that you get paid commissions for as long as they remain with Aweber.

I think it all depends on what you want, you might want to check the aweber help center for more information. If you don't get adequate info you might also want to use Google to get answers to your specific questions.
