You can find a lot of helpful information right here on Dana's blog: http://www.thepressreleasesite.com/blog

Another Warrior to check out is Tony Heatherington. Sorry I don't have a link handy, but a little searching should reveal it to you. He's got an excellent, low cost course on crafting newsworthy (the only kind) press releases.

Also, I urge you to study all the information you can get your hands on from Paul Hartunian. This man is a legend in the world of free publicity. You can find solid gold right here on the forum if you look for it.

    Hey Asim,

You must think about your target audience. Who will want to visit your website? What kind of person will want to buy your service or product?

    Put yourself in their shoes.

Think about what problem do they have that you have a solution for? What will get them excited about your product or service? Once you get these ideas flowing, immediately put them down on paper.

Your press release must be an interesting story that leaves a longlasting
    impression on the reader.

You must give them the desire to purchase your product or service or in this case visit your website and sign up to your list.

Remember, people are looking to you for a solution. Show them that YOU have the solution!

    Key Things to Remember

1.) Do NOT use hypestyle phrases (such as “state of the art,” “breakthrough,” “miracle”) – Your
Press Release needs to sound like news, not advertisement
2.) Always write in the 3rd person – Only use “I,” “We,” or “Our” when in a quote.
3.) Keep your press release short – no longer than 1 page
4.) You must convey a story with only a brief mention of your product or service in the main body of the story
5.) Use short sentences and double space for easy reading

    Hope this helps.
