Is it ok to send Amazon Associates product links and deals by email?

Am planning to start a newsletter which will send daily deals and offers in Amazon by email to the list subscribers. Is this allowed in the Amazon associates program? Can I also include the price of the product in the email?

Any info is appreciated.

        I don't think its against the rules but you should go check on their TOS anyways.

        With that being said. It's a good idea to do that as I do it with some of my niches. With an email list you can sell these people all kinds of stuff and not just Amazon products. I use Clickbank and it works quite well with some niches like for example. If you sell guitars and build a list, you can then sell guitar training courses from Clickbank.

    I agree with Jan, as far as I know that does not violate their Affiliate agreement, but it is always a good idea to check.

    I hope you have a highly targeted list and are planning on sending relevant products or it will most likely be a waste of time.

    As long as it's not spam you will be ok, but like others have said you should have a targetted market and work only quality items into your emails

    I have had words with Amazon in the UK and it is banned. You would have to direct the user to a web page which Amazon has approved and then click through from there. Hope this helps.

      As long as its more than just Amazon ads you should be fine, i.e. it has actual content.

      Right the newsletter as if you owned the product or are reviewing/reviewed it and you should be fine.

      Remember its easier to ask for forgiveness than permission :p

    Well I think your crazy to mail a Amazon direct link for pay....
    Your better off with a domain landing page that has your links posted
    so your always in control of offers. Does that make sense?

      Yes, it makes sense. I guess I will link to my shopping site from the mail rather than directly to Amazon.
