On clickbank marketplace what does it mean when it says average sale n/a

I am a bit confused by this. Does this mean they haven't set a price for their product or maybe haven't sold any of their product or even they may given you a crappy commission?

Someone please enlighten me as I have been hesitant to promote these n/a ones as I had been thinking I could spend my time promoting them then get next to nothing if I get them sales .

I think those products just haven't had any sales yet so their stats don't show.

    Neither.

The commission is displayed, separately, in the marketplace listing, if there is one.

It usually means simply that no affiliate has made a sale of the product within the last 8 weeks. (That, in itself, is sometimes because the product's brand new, but far more often because it's old and not currently promoted by an affiliate who sold one during the period from which the statistics are compiled.)

You can work out your earnings (excluding refunds) from the retail price (which, if necessary, you can see by clicking the order link on the product's sales page). From the retail price, deduct 7.25%, then deduct another $1, then multiply the remainder by the commission percentage shown in the marketplace listing.

I believe that it is simply that they have not sold enough products to constitute an average sale price.

Personally, when I have looked at promoting products with no average sale, I don't let that necessarily affect my decision as to whether or not to promote that product.

Have a look at the product, have a look at the sales page. Put yourself in the position of a purchaser and ask yourself if you would buy that product based on the sales page.

Also, if you have a hungry market that you know will buy that product from your affiliate site, then the fact that they currently may not have any affiliates already shouldn't mean that you shouldn't choose to promote it if it looks good and ticks the boxes.

There are thousands of great products on Clickbank that get lost in the crowd for some reason and you should really choose a product on its own merits, rather than just the figures.

If you're looking for products to promote look for something that has better stats recorded. If you want to add one of the n/a product as an additional promotion say an additional like deeper in your website then that's no problem, but I wouldn't us it as one of your main promotions.

There seems to be a lot of these n/a products lately though, is there an increase of new products entering the market????

I noticed this today when I did a search and there was a heap of n/a results.
