    Sure you can!

If you want to get sued.

I'd very much doubt it - but approaching google directly and asking their permission would be the way to go.

Let us know if they say yes.

Look at it this way: there are a lot of court-cases pending at the moment, brought by Google against people who used their trademark in domain-names, with a view to their own commercial purposes. Of course, if you get very lucky, they might just take the domain off you and not bother suing you.

There are circumstances under which it can be legitimate to use someone's trademark in a domain-name (non-commercial ones such as protest, satire and so on). Call me a skepchick, but somehow I suspect your intended purpose may not quite fall within permitted usage.

I believe it's written in the Forum Rules or somewhere similarly important not to ask for legal advice here unless an actual lawyer really replies...

I'm far from being a lawyer, but by applying common sense I'd suggest to come up with an alternative business plan, sooner rather than later.

        Straight from google's permissions pages:

We cannot approve the use of Internet domain names that use the word "Google" or some variation of "Google". For example, we would not approve a site called googleXYZ.com or gogggles.com.
