What Do You Do When A Guy Invests $1000 USD Into Your Product?

Hi all,

Soon to clinch a $1000 USD investment into my upcoming CLickbank
product. The guy's gonna be a silent partner.

Now, here's the thing, where can I get some JV Agreement templates
that I can modify and get him to sign it to protect both ourselves?

    Get a lawyer and have a partnership agreement - either for the whole enterprize or just for this one product.

        Could you be confident that a modified free one is properly worded and legally binding, and will protect you if it all goes pear shaped?

        If your product is so good that a silent partner is keen to invest a grand in it, do as Caleb suggests and get a proper one for $50.

          Whether you buy a contract or write your own, I believe that without a lawyer, the JV contract would be meaningless -- especially if you're in Asia and he's in, say, the US.

    kindsvater is a warrior, and I believe there is a partnership agreement template in his membership site. You can get into it for like $50 I believe {as a warrior}. he's a licensed california attorney.
