    I won't recommend link exchanges. One way links are more effective. Spread articles around the web with links to your website using services such as UAW.

      I can recommend not to use anything like this.

      You see, there is a large number of, shall we say, stupid practices and techniques that are just taking your mind off the important things, these include:
      • traffic exchanges
      • safelists
      • link exchange systems
      • spamming
      • etc.

      Yes, the fact is that those things are nearly as effective as spamming => you're much better off without it.

      If you want backlinks, set your mind on the oh so unpopular concept of actually working and do it the usual way...

      • viable blog comments
      • guest posts
      • again, etc...
