Honest marketing and sales expertise required

Hello everyone, thanks for providing a great forum.

I'm hoping you'd be able to provide me with some great marketing advice. I run a site providing nutritional support and weight loss advice. I'm a professional public health nutritionist not an SEO whizz, though I'm trying to be ;0)

I have a website that's sells my skills as a Nutritionist (healthchange org uk). Adwords is providing a small amount of referrals, though no conversions. As such I'm reluctant to continue spending money when no one is taking up my services. This is because the website is not up to scratch. People are visiting but not converting.

A few people that are on the programme think it is great, I offer great support and expertise with results (they have mentioned that the price is to low, for what you get). I've even set up a blog so that they can post their progress, still no conversions. I'm now in the process of getting autoresponder set up, but I'm meeting the limitations of Wordpress.

I think the SEO thing is doing ok though Google is fickle with me, perhaps that's were its failing. I've also placed several articles on ezinearticles and will post to other article sites this week.

I'm unable to hire anyone to advise on site marketing and sales as I'm skint. Freelancer, Vworker etc require payment for services (which is fine) as the work continues. I desperate to start getting conversions.

I've looked at running an affiliate programme, providing a cut of the conversions but until I'm happy with the website, it will be a waste.

Is there a way I can get good marketing / sales advice in return for my services or a cut?

Can any of you provide me with a detailed analysis of my website and tell me what I'm doing wrong? I can send you a sample programme so that you can see what you would get if you bought the service? Genuine and honest advice is welcome.

I know i'm trying to get something for nothing, for that I apologise but I have no other way of getting expert advice and support on how to get this site generating income without having the money up front to pay for it.
