Question about the "Warrior Special Offers Forum"

Are people only allowed to sell eBooks there? Or software as well?

Sorry if this is a dumb question.

I'm just wondering - how can people sell software? Don't they need a license for it?

    Most people selling software created it or had it created for them for the purpose of selling it.

    And yes, software and ebooks/reports are the two primary types of WSOs but people also sell services, etc. as well.

    You can sell software, ebooks, etc. Everything must be a product of your own though, it can't be something that you have rights to. The rules of the WSO forum can be found here: http://www.warriorforum.com/warrior-...DIfXeUZNCEGhQR

    You could have software created for you that you then are the owner of that you could sell, but you can's sell it if other people also have the same rights to it.

    I have also bought services in the WSO section, e.g. Backlinking services. The WSO section usually offers DEEP discounts and specials on variety of products and services That's where I do a lot of my online IM "shopping". :-)

      This thread makes me wonder if you could actually sell "tangible" products. So for example also a DVD Box Set (my own product) or has it do be downloadable?

        Tashi, you could certainly do that. I'm aware of at least one WSO where a DVD was part of the product package (together with downloadable material like ebooks and videos).

    You can sell software, ebooks, videos, and even services - the main stipulation is that they have to be your own!

    You can hire someone to create the software for you to sell or you can code it yourself to sell. The WSO forum is only for products that you create or have created exclusively for you.

    Don't see any reason not to sell a tangible item such as a set of DVDs. Just be aware that this is an Internet Marketing forum and the main interest of buyers in that section is IM products. Specifically, I'd say the majority of them are looking for the flashy headlines with big promises.

    Are SEO threads allowed in the WSO section?? I remember a year back this was not allowed and all older SEO threads were not allowed to get bumped. but now I see lots of SEO threads in the WSO.
