Home almost burned yesterday, need to raise $600 fast- ideas wanted

Hi guys.... I am super thankful today but also super concerned. Yesterday, my 3 kids, husband and myself overslept and missed church. Normally, we would have gone to church and then lunch. Instead, as we were getting ready to leave for lunch, our house began filling with smoke. By the time my husband got to the basement, he saw flames, sparks and embers shooting from our furnace.

Long story short, we loaded our 3 kids and 2 dogs into our car and went to stay at an extra house a relative owns. It was a rough night, but we were thankful we were home to catch the fire before it spread.

Today, the repairman came out and realized we need some special part. This is because some unscrupulous "repairmen" came out last year to fix something else and mismatched parts. Their screw up could have cost us our home and our lives. Now we have to pay for their mistakes. This will cost $600. I had planned very carefully for months to make sure I had the right amount to buy Christmas for the kids and now we will have to spend our entire amount on this repair. My 7 year old (who has to be the sweetest boy on Earth) said "Don't worry, Mom. Santa will bring everything so you don't have to buy more." Broke my heart. So, I am determined that this furnace issue cannot affect their Christmas.

So, I am asking for some ideas. I do a lot of writing for people, but I am still finishing old work right now and can't really take on a lot of new stuff until after Christmas. I have PLR, but bumping those WSOs costs too much for the risk right now. So, I am trying to think of anything that might work. I have lots of sites to sell, but again listing them on Flippa costs $19 a shot. Can't risk it. Any other ideas?

CC, first of all (and I know this won't help right now) I would be suing the repair place from last year, they are certainly liable for damages, replacement and most likely pain and suffering.

$600 (plus expenses) is definitely do-able, you should get some exposure to your WSO, through this thread, and I will send an email to my customers, some of them may be able to use your Toy PLR as content.

Good luck, and thankfully no one got hurt.

      James,

Thank you for your response and I SO appreciate you letting your list know about my WSOs. The "repairmen" turned out to be scammers and one ended up in jail (these were people recommended by a good friend, but he had no idea who they really were at the time). So, there is no telling where they are now and they may already be in jail. LOL

        Kay-

Thanks for your response. We have 3 kids, ages 7, 9 and 11. They are all very understanding and family oriented kids. We have homeschooled them all. They totally understand about the holidays. We don't have credit cards and only use cash when we have it. This makes us "odd" to most of our friends. They are not expecting a ton for Christmas as they are not materialistic kids at all. It's just that they do still believe in Santa and I refuse to let my shortcomings with finances this year (I was laid off a year ago and have been working hard at IM and writing since) affect their Christmas morning. It's definitely not a question of overspending. It's just a question of preserving their faith and excitement on Christmas morning.

I just had to Laugh Out Loud with you after I read that! LOL! You're silly!

Anyway, I'm thinking of some ideas...

It would really help if you could be a little specific about what niche you're in, what kind of services you have, and what sites are you selling?

I'll be happy to get you some good biz!

Just let me know what exactly you have.

        Have a wonderful day!

Wow- thanks for all of the responses guys. Kay- believe it or not, I did ask the repair guy about his website. Actually, my husband talked to him about it earlier today. He has just downsized his business and has no interest in growing it, so he didn't want to work with us on that.

Turns out, the bill was $660 BUT it is still not totally repaired as the scammers who repaired it last year (who were licensed) wired something wrong. So, more repairs to come tomorrow which means more $. UGH! Right now, we have to leave the heat on for 2-3 hours, then turn it off to defrost some panel and then turn it back on. Late night ahead to keep the kids warm all night.

For those asking about sites, I did list a thread in the sites for sell section of some sites I am selling off. I can build WP sites, write articles, write reports, write ebooks, I have PLR. I have many years of experience in both Journalism and real estate, so I can even write real estate ebooks, reports, etc. I am willing to work, but time is not my friend this week. We even asked the repair guy if he could hold off cashing our check for an extra day but he doesn't do that. So, tomorrow he will be depositing it and we will be struggling to replenish.

I am so thankful to those people who have already bought PLR or something else to help me. I promise to pay that forward as soon as I am back on my feet too. I have found the IM community to generally be one that bands together and takes care of their own.

            This isn't a money-making plan, but it is a "get-access-to-your-Paypal-money-quicker" plan.

If you are using Paypal and haven't done this already, sign up for the Paypal Debit card. It's free and once you're approved (you have to verify your bank account first) they will send you a debit card and you can use it just like you would any bank debit card.

So, rather than having to wait a few days to transfer money from Paypal your account to your bank (when you're in a tight spot, every day your money isn't available can hurt), you can just make payments directly from your debit card with the money in your Paypal account.

            Hope that helps,

            Dennis

PS - Bonus tip - if you're an affiliate you can promote RapBank.com products that pay instant commissions via Paypal. That way you get money immediately available to you. But I would recommend keeping a balance in case of any refund requests.

I totally agree there - I have had a Paypal debit card myself for a couple of years, and I cannot imagine living without it now. Especially if you're in IM and are always taking payments via Paypal (even if you're doing affiliate marketing, many of the marketplaces like Clickbank, Commission Junction and the CPA networks give you the option of receiving commissions in Paypal), having a Paypal debit card allows you to access your balance instantly the moment you get something in your account.

When time is of the essence and it is critical for you to access your money immediately, the Paypal debit card is an invaluable resource. It may still be possible for you to get it before Christmas if you apply for it now, so don't delay any more and put your application in right away, as soon as you can!

I am determined that this furnace issue cannot affect their Christmas.
I'm sorry for your problem but I really think you are missing an opportunity here as a parent. You don't say what the ages of your other children are - but the 7 year old is a prize! So what do you want to teach her? That you keep spending even if a crisis takes the money you had? That you get what you want no matter what else happens?

You can find a way to make more money - you can go into debt to make sure Christmas doesn't suffer. Or you can make this a family problem and family solution where everyone lowers their expectations for Christmas because they know why it's necessary.

If your children are old enough to understand - you can delay part of Christmas and set a shopping day each month for the next three months where each child gets to choose a present (gives you time to save up).

You have a child who is smart enough to realize she can't always have it all. Don't take that knowledge away from her by pretending there's no problem. Don't work so hard to "make up to them" that you have no time to enjoy holiday preparations.

Now...this is SOLID advice! Life is so full of unforeseen disappointments and tragedies and this may be a good opportunity for the kids to learn, that sometimes things just happen beyond your control, and that when that happens sacrifices have to be made. I think the suggestion to to "replace Xmas" with a shopping day for the next three months is BRILLIANT!

if you are sure it is the 'bad' repairman's responsibility, you can go to small court to sue them, and ask for compensation. it will cost you $50 to file the case, if you won, you can ask them for this $50.

We certainly may try that option, if we can find these guys. Of course, that won't help me this week while I am trying to get the money together. I am a hard worker and a good writer (trained Journalist with a degree) and had I known this issue would come up, I would have planned for it. Next year promises to be better with my business, but these terrible times always pop up when we least expect it, don't they?

This isn't what you want to hear, and I hope it doesn't sound like a heartless response - it's certainly not intended that way.

When we lie to children and trick them into believing that there is a Santa, the response your child gave you is so typical, that it really tears my gut out.

"Don't worry, Mom. Santa will bring everything so you don't have to buy more."
I'm not a Christmas grinch - but I am against lying to children, especially about the existence of a non-existent Santa. He doesn't exist. And he doesn't bring everything we want. We do have to buy stuff and we do have to pay for it! You have a good opportunity here to teach your children the difference between truth, myth and tradition. With a good bit of fiscal obligations and reality thrown in for good measure.

If you are church goers you will also have the sustaining faith to acknowledge some of the foundations of your basic reasons for attending church in the first place.

This may be the best Christmas your family will ever have.

I realize that this post will probably be deleted as soon as I post it. And again, I don't mean to be harsh. You were very blessed to have been home, and to not have to suffer the loss of life, OR the loss of your home.

Pull together as a family. Live the creeds you obviously follow if you go to church! Let your children help you work thought the solution to this problem! You can, and you will, work it out.

You don't need $600 dollars. You do need to sit down and have an honest talk with your children.

I also want to say that I have been working so hard this holiday season (since July when I started doing my Christmas marketing). I have done fairly well with Amazon and Adsense. Unfortunately, Amazon pays 2 months out, so I won't see that income til the end of Jan and Feb. I will see some Adsense at the end of this month as well, which will help after Christmas. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel, but the train might hit me first. LOL

Yes but when you gave your detailed sad story you made it not just about money. It should be entirely expected that people will give their opinions about your situation as well as your perceived need to make $600 quick.

I agree with a lot of others, you don't need the $600, you merely want it.

But as to ways to do that, of course you can find lots of ways to do that here on the Warrior Forum but as you cannot risk any money to invest, even $19, you may have a hard time getting to that. However far you get there, I think most of all you will be thankful you have your family and home, as that's far important that Christmas presents, whether you get to the $600 or not.

And you can't put a price on that. Really scary and touching story.

Just curious, Val, are you a parent?

CC, I am so sorry to hear of this near-tragedy, and so glad your family is safe and you still have a home! I understand completely your wanting to keep the fantasy of Santa alive for your children. It is such a magical time when you are young and believe in Santa.

Now, back to topic. I vote for a WSO with a fixed ending....create a scarcity based on time....Christmas special kind of thing. That kind of WSO can do well right now.

I am so concerned and overwhelmed by people who are financially stressed over Christmas. It is so honorable that you have worked so hard to be able to provide for your children at Christmas. But this situation can be such a blessing in disguise for you.

Ok, while I appreciate the responses on this thread and by PM and I know everyone has their opinions on Santa (LOL), that was not the point of what I was asking. We obviously all have our own traditions, and I respect everyone's rights to do what they feel is right for their families. I just ask that others respect that we have our own traditions in our family too.

Our kids are very thankful for whatever they receive for Christmas any year. Some years it is great, and others (since my job loss) have not always been so great. They are well rounded kids who work hard and serve others. I just want to make that very clear that we are a close family and this is not about disappointing them as much as wanting to just preserve they excitement this Christmas. Either way, we are thankful for each other and all that we have been blessed with.

I only posted at WF because I know there are many smart IMers here who might could have given me some idea I had not thought of. Forking out $600+ with less than 3 weeks til Christmas is a hard thing for my family right now. I was just looking for ideas and not really a critique of my family or holiday traditions.

Just explain in the WSO what you had happen as you did
here. Their are some great people here who I know will
      help.

Offer and then over deliver. Add a couple of products

Reading the OP I think some of us equated the $600 with "gift money". It may not be much for some but for many families this year...that would be a lot of money.

I don't think you need to defend yourself or your family. Children need to have a sense of magic at Christmas - it is one of childhood's fondest memories.

LeeLee- I wish that were true, but we have been visiting different churches since last summer so we don't have a real church home right now. Our church was huge (about 8000 members) and we were starting to feel lost in the crowd there so we started visiting around in June. The problem with such a large church is exactly this scenario- when you need help, no one really notices. It's one of the reasons we left because we want a closer knit group of friends within our church. Anyway, not trying to start a religious conversation...

We are a huge international community here, with different beliefs, faiths and family traditions. I don't think it's appropriate or relevant to CC's request for help to suggest what she tells her children about Christmas.

Apologies if I offend, maybe I'm just a bit defensive because at the moment I'm dealing with conflict relating to differing beliefs amongst some of my own friends.

CC, I do not really need any content for myself, but I am releasing my current WSO as a ClickBank product shortly, and I am sure that if I had a few articles about it/and or Amazon Marketing they would be beneficial to my affiliates. Let me know if this is something you would be interested in writing and PM me your rates. Anytime after the first of the year would be fine for delivery.

            Thanks,

If you run that as a WSO, you'll definitely get 6 slots taken up in no time. Someones already offered $20 for a WSO. Since they're $40 now, I'll be happy to offer the remaining $20. Simply pay for the WSO up front and PM me with a link to the WSO and your Paypal address. I'll send the $20.

Leverage your existing list and offer a ridiculous sale for existing products. Tiffany Dow did this with the now defunct Sponsored section. She offered $5 PLR for anything (even $52 items) and made a killing. Check her blog for details.

Buy new PLR in the WSO area, sell it to your list.

Offer discounted writing services to your existing clients for the new year. That is, if you charge $10/article, offer them a package at 25% off that can be redeemed starting on 01/01. If you explain the situation they'll understand.

Offer advanced, higher ticket writing services such as copywriting, ebook creation, etc. If you don't know it, offer it lower than normal while you learn.

If you're a member of a church why don't you explain your situation to a church leader, I'm sure they would consider getting together the community for donations. I've seen communities band together for others when needed.

Online methods can be hit or miss for raising money like that in a short time period unless you have a good network of people who have responsive lists you can JV with or in demand tech gadgets to sell on eBay or Craigslist.

    CC,

If you want to put up a WSO - please let me know and I'll put up the $20. If you make money and want to pay me back, fine - if not, consider it a gift from Santa. Contrary to popular belief - he does exist - I'm 48 years old and I still believe.

Post your WSO and send me the PayPal link.

Good luck and God bless your family this holiday.

If you are as disciplined with your cash as you seem then I would get a credit card or small loan despite how much you are against them. It will at least give you a safety net if you can't raise the money and don't want to dissapoint the kids - which is understandable.

Keep on the quest to get the money in cash but you at least won't fall short.

3 weeks is a quick turn around and a good challenge though.

They are all very understanding and family oriented kids. We have homeschooled them all. They totally understand about the holidays. We don't have credit cards and only use cash when we have it. This makes us "odd" to most of our friends.
That's great - I thought your 7 yr old's reaction came from something being done right at home. I don't think you are "odd" at all - just good parents.

I understand where you are coming from. I've spent time recently around friends who are stressing about being able to give humongous Christmases to their kids - and most of the kids are spoiled brats.

You've got time to pull it together - you might also look around to see if you have anything that would be worth selling on ebay.

I hope your family has a wonderful Christmas.

If you have a church or organization that you belong to, or even your chamber of commerce, let them know that you do content creation/writing and what just happened. Any members who are business owners may need a newsletter that they're running behind on, a small info booklet, whatever. Sell all rights and no byline for $300. You only need 2 to tide you over.

Check to see if the local print shops will promote you as the go to writer to their customers for a commission, and if they would post a flyer in their establishment.

Got any good skills or abilities that you can market locally on Craigslist? That's the fastest way to make actual coin. But it can depend greatly on the skill you have. Good luck, it's tough out there and unfortunately it's only gonna get tougher... At least here in the U.S.

I'm in the same boat! I'm building up my virtual real estate again -- so if you PM me any websites you have with their current earnings, I'd be more than willing to take a look at them and purchase depending on how much they're currently earning.

CC, glad that you overslept yesterday! It could have been a lot worse. Don't let the morality police get you down. I happen to know for a fact that there is a Santa Clause. I have been to the workshop and it is as real as the computer that I am typing on. The head elf has long brown hair and his name is Alfred Minxey. He is married to the magistrate's secretary. Her name is Athena. Jon Sputer is in charge of the stables. He also grows the magic corn that the reindeer have to eat in order to fly.

Belief in Santa is one of the most magical things of childhood. Why anybody would want to rob that of them is beyond me. Cheer up, you will have a good Christmas.

CC you impress me as a caring mom. i wouldn't listen to the negative comments about your role as their mother, sounds to me like you're doing great!

i was going to suggest ebay also as kay did. you can list an auction for 3, 5, or 7 days, or list it as a 'buy it now' fixed price. ebay still has the traffic and buyers. what to list?

anything! but used toys come to mind, children's used clothing, any used clothing.. especially a 'holiday' look if you have something doesn't fit anymore etc... just about anything.. you might try craigslist too. (tho i don't like it, but it's an idea in an emergency).

ask me if you have any questions about ebay.

offer expedited shipping. put some quick items up for sale and it might work.

that's great you home school !

Be sure to use licensed HVAC professionals in the future. If the mistake is made to begin with, it's a lot easier to get the pro to come back out and fix it than "some guy that repairs stuff."

I would call the first repair guy and tell him that he needs to pay the $600 cost of fixing his mistakes. If there is resistance, tell him you will immediately file at small claims court and report him to authorities for working out of license.

He is probably your best bet at getting cash in hand before Christmas. That isn't what you want to hear, but if you don't know how to make $600 online in a couple weeks then you probably don't have enough time to develop the skills and actually do it.

Are your cards maxed out? Can you get a short term loan? Sell anything of value that you don't want anymore on eBay or CraigsList? Is there a temp or day labor firm in your area?

You can submit tons and tons of articles to associated content. Once you make $40 list a warrior special offer and offer every service you can do. Call local churches too. People call our church all the time and we hold a separate offering especially in situations like this. I would call churches and community centers and see if they are willing to do anything for you. You can also get a toys for tots type thing. You can sign up for instant pay affiliate programs and get paid instantly in your paypal. This would take work and promote it through bum marketing. Backlink free webpages promoting these items from article directories with high pr to get indexed as well as get some traffic. Also send quality articles to other article directories that pay you for views.

I absolutely agree with this. My childhood was filled with so many awesome Christmas memories and I have no idea why the people on here have such a big problem with parents letting their kids believe in Santa Claus. I really find it ballsy and inappropriate when people will try to tell someone else that they are raising their kids incorrectly. She is looking for help raising money not parenting advice.

    OP,

I have a very close problem like your own. The only difference is it was faulty wiring that caused the fire and nearly wiped out my daughters room before we were able to put it out

    Anyways,

Something I am doing to raise some money is getting some interviews together of a niche. Afterwards I plan on opening up a WSO to sell them, send to my current list as well as ask the marketers interviewed if they would be willing to do a 75/25 mailing for me. (They get 75% commissions).

I hope this suggestion, no matter how small, will give you an idea for raising the money required.

I truly feel for you and know exactly what your going through right now. The only reason I am able to set up all this and answer this post is because I have internet on my android! I pray that things get better for you guy's and keep me updated on how they go!

^^^ This works. Another Warrior's computer died just before they were moving. Their money was tied up temporarily, so this Warrior held a blowout sale WSO and got money needed quickly, which was about the same amount you need. The price was ridiculously low, far less than the product was really worth, but the volume sold made up for the low price. Good luck, I'm glad no one was hurt.

PS - I agree with the suggestion of suing the other company in small claims court. Or, maybe it was an honest mistake? If so, they might fix it for free if you think you could trust them again. Probably not, huh?

Yes good tips, but ummmm you will want to know that that is the quickest way burn money just like the house.

Make sure you know what you are doing using this info otherwise you could end up in real disaster. You can burn $600 on adwords very very quickly...so I would get someone killing it with adwords to help first. Tell them of your situation and then go from there.

Generally, you aren't really allowed to put a link to sites for sale in the main forum. That's what the WF Complete Sites for Sale section is for.

If I could not afford Christmas, I would downsize Christmas and celebrate the fact that the house did not burn down and your family is well. Christmas isn't about gifts ... well, actually to many it is and that is unfortunate. Take your family to a soup line for the homeless and volunteer to serve food to those that don't have a house to burn down or food to eat. Might be the best Christmas you ever had.

OK, I feel like I need to say something here. My kids are not the type who get big flashy Christmases as it may seem from my post. As a homeschooling family, we live on very little (actually just what I make). We have 3 kids, one of which is adopted from Guatemala. We are very family oriented people who do work in the community and are raising very caring kids. We don't buy expensive presents, so I really resent the idea that some people think I somehow need to "teach" my kids to accept less, be happy for what they have, etc. since that is already how I raise them. I cannot stand these families that spoil their kids and buy $500 purses for Christmas. That is NOT what this situation is about at all. I have a sister who buys WAY outside of her means and I am constantly fighting the family about that issue because I don't want my kids to even know these brand names as that is not what Christmas is about.

My point of this post was to generate ideas to pay for my heater to be fixed so that I can do what little Christmas shopping I do for my family. With a layoff and medical issues and then this, it can get a person down. I refuse to be knocked down by this event, so I was looking for ideas. I was looking for solutions and many people have private messaged me giving me ideas and offering support. For that, I am grateful. However, I am not going to sit back while the idea is presented that just because I buy gifts at Christmas, I am somehow not "teaching" my kids. It is Christmas and people buy gifts. I did not realize that was such an oddity.

Christmas has been downsized, trust me. The entire year has been downsized. I have worked my butt off the minimize the effect of my job loss on my kids. They are involved in my business, they are learning to build sites, write articles and many other things. We are making lemonade out of a bucket of lemons. We have one vehicle which is a 1996 mini van. I went from a management position to IM, so life changed dramatically. Even while this is going on, my kids and I continue to make and decorate cookies and deliver them to local firefighters which is something we do every year as a tradition. So, please do not assume that I am some woman on a mission to buy fancy stuff for her kids. That is simply not the case.

As a mother of 5, my heart goes out to you. Especially at this time of year. And I don't think you should rob your children of their childhood by telling them Santa isn't real. Children these days deal with enough, leave the magic in their lives. Sounds like you are a wonderful mother, with well adjusted children, and even my 7 year old son has the same response to Christmas this year, don't worry mom, Santa will get my dragon (only thing he asked for this year, a small $10 lego dragon) so I totally know the tug at the heart that can be.

With that said, I think you've gotten great support in this thread. Get those sites listed on Flippa as well since they so graciously donated credits for you to be able to do it, the more eyes to the offer, the better.

I also think pro-rated your articles for delivery in January is a great idea as well.

Another route you may take is creating some article packs, and instead of limiting how many are sold, sell them real cheap, quantity will make up for the lower price. And depending on how good you are at writing and how quickly you can write you could have a few packs out before the end of the week. (Or shoot to launch it as a WSO on say Monday and write as many packs as possible till then and offer them all in one WSO)

Another possibility, and I know this one could suck, would be to go to a site like fivver and take on as much work as you possibly can get completed. 100 or so gigs and you'd be good, and even if you did 10-15 a day, you could still have it in time to do the christmas shopping.

Yet another possibility you could take is a method I am doing myself right now to try and make up a shortage of cash between now and Christmas, and that is creating as many small products as I can, and some of them I am interveiwing people in, and then getting them to promote it to their own lists for 50-75% commission. My portion may be smaller, but if I can get more people promoting it, I'm gonna do it.

Or you could try landing a ghostwriting job. This time last year I took one that paid $500, and it took me about a week to complete, but it was a significant chunk of cash quickly (I got half paid up front, half paid when delivered on.)

Or you can check out this thread which will give you a bunch more ideas: http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...desperate.html

Or check out this WSO. If you implement just one of the ideas Bryan presents here, you'll make the money you need. http://www.warriorforum.com/warrior-...st-chance.html

Or like others have suggested have a fire sale, and offer your products dirt cheap to get sales coming in quickly.

Hopefully those ideas can help you reach your goal.

Best wishes and Merry Christmas to your family,
    Sylvia

Ok here's my advice and tip....and trust me...it works!

Find someone in Craigslist, who is looking for website design, or SEO service. Usually small business owners. Contact and say that you will do it. They pay half first and half when job is done. Through PayPal, so you are all safe.

I'm sure you will find someone who will pay you around $2000 or so. If you decided to go with Website design, find someone here in WF who will do it for you. For very cheap price. Show the other guy "your portfolio" and ask more details. If he is happy...ask half money and pay your guy here in WF. Job done..hand it over...collect rest of the cash.

PS! Get yourself a plan. Write down all steps so things will go smooth.

PS! If you want to offer SEO services.... Instant Traffic Creation will do it for you. Just give them your customer's website. You will get before and after report from ITC, so you can show exactly how their site moved etc.

Both methods work very well. I have tested them before. Website design got me $1,700 profit in 1 week. SEO was $500 per client. Had 4 at the same time, so 2k for 1 month.

(if you want me to explain everything in detail...PM me and i'll explain)

    Good luck.

I have a friend who lives in an area where power outages are somewhat frequent and fairly lengthy. She talked to a local contractor about a backup generator, and made just that deal. Website work in exchange for the materials and labor for the new generator. It's saved her bacon on several occasions. Once literally, as one outage was long enough that the frozen foods would have thawed.

She outsourced the design for $200 and did the rest of the work herself. And she gets paid for updates and other work now, so it's an ongoing gig.

I am a little disappointed reading this thread and hearing people telling you 'not to lie' to your children by letting them believe in Santa and that you don't NEED $600 you just WANT it!

    What a load of crock!

Christmas is such a special time for kids and if they believe in Santa then let them believe it! It is a magical time for them, it is fantastic to see their little faces when Santa has been. My kids are 12 (almost 13), 11 and 8 and this is the first year that my oldest hasn't believed in Santa. The other 2 still do and I will let them believe it as long as they can - because it's special!

The $600 isn't a WANT, it's a NEED, they need to get their fireplace repaired. So for those who are 'judging' instead of just giving some advice - which was what was asked, the OP never asked to be judged.

But if you really do need to judge - then look at it more clearly. This is a good family who's children are obviously not spoiled, and they deserve a little something at Christmas.

I hope you make the $600 and more! I just bought a couple of lots of PLR from you and they look great too. So anyone that has a blog or website in any of the niches that are offered then grab a pack of PLR - they are fantastic!

Merry Christmas to you and your family sellerscompanion

      What Sheryl said re: judging.

I kept my mouth shut, but I, too, was appalled by the judging going on and those who had the nerve to tell SellersCompanion that the $600 was a want, not a need. Sheryl, you said it best.

      SellersCompanion,

I'm so sorry for what happened, but so glad you DID oversleep and didn't lose your home. I can't offer more than sympathy and prayers right now, but you and your family ARE in my thoughts and prayers.

And I hope you and your family have a very Merry Christmas!

      Michelle

It looks like this thread has touched a raw nerve here, and I have observed that threads about needing money around Christmas time can get very emotional and passionate. Let's just stick to the matter at hand and not let our emotions and feelings get in the way, because that is usually not very constructive at all!

    Hey,

I appreciate you offering your support!

What kind of plr do you have? Ebooks, video, audio, software...?

And did you create the plr stuff YOURSELF, or did you buy it from someone else?

What niches do the plr target?

I would also like to know if you are currently an affiliate for any good paying cpa offers, because I would be more than happy to fill out one of your forms if you have something I would benefit from... like a free trial for something fun, healthy, or something.

Just throwing that out there, because I really want you and your family to have a fantastic holiday season!

Keep us posted on how your fund raising is going!

I would like to publicly thank those of you who helped me out in this time of great need for my family. Many bought PLR packs, others gave me article writing work and Andrew gave me Flippa credits. All of these things together have made a world of difference to my family and myself. We were FINALLY able to get heat going today again in our home due to the generosity of so many people here. For those who PMed me and even offered to pay for me to run WSOs, I am grateful for your willingness to give to my family.

as you will be on Christmas leave, you can utilize this time in selling some products as affiliates. It may make some money for you in 2-3 months.

I guess you did "need" that money. My bad. I was thinking you had the money to pay for the repair but would not have any left over for presents.

Hope it's all turning out well.

I believe that this is an opportunity to teach your children the meaning of life, instead of suffering so much because you won't be able to buy the Christmas gifts you had the intention to. Tell them that this year their gift is their own life. Nobody died, and you didn't lose your house with the fire.

Tell them that all parents have to help Santa buy the gifts he spreads everywhere, otherwise their children won't receive their gifts on time, but only the next year. And, since you have to fix the damages caused by the fire, this year you won't be able to help Santa. So, your children will have to wait for next Christmas, and only then receive this year's gifts.

However, they must wait singing because they are alive.
