Surfing around, to see what other people are promoting, and I found Monitium. Somebody in Twitter promotes a link to a replicated page:

Nice flashy video presentation.
I looked at monitium dot com also.
Looks like another funded proposal system like ccp mlsp and others,
with some sort of added twist for the capacity of managing
several mlm programs with the system.
Probably built by and for people at the top of mlm (not me).
