    I know 7-8% has been possible by reputational copywriters, but the traffic was targetted too.

    3-5% is excellent, but 1.3% is still good,

    you are still getting conversions which = sales.

    100% is pretty good.

    I think that 3% - 6% would be excellent.

    People are going to respond by saying that it depends on the niche, the type of traffic you are sending, etc. (But it is true )

      I would do both.

      Increasing traffic
      Getting more traffic should always be somthing you try to do, on a monthly basis. (unless you are happy with the level of profit you are getting )

      Converting your sales page better
      You should do this too, by testing using a split testing, 2 versions of the same page, by changing headlines, sub headlines, background colours).

    I think you conversion rate isn't terrible. It can be improved to twice its present converting rate or more. Split test new sales pages to see what works best.
