Please Check - Xfactor Method Keyword???

Hi guys,

Can someone just tell me if they would go for this keyword -

I so far have 20 sites, and i just dont seem to be able to pick the right keywords - so i make very little money.

The following keyword gets 2400 global, and 2400 local searches (using google keyword tool)

The www.(keyword)(keyword).net domain is available.

The market samurai results are attached - if someone could look and tell me what they think. As you can see they all have low PR - but they all have the keywords in their tile.

Please let me know if you'd go for it.

    i would say this is a piece of cake

    as you can see the competition is really weak

    plus you will be getting a keyword domain, that's help even more

    your experience has paid off, cos u have finally found a right keyword

    although the search count is not high, but is definitely easy to rank for and earn money from it

      I was a bit worried by the "title", "URL" "desc" and "head" tags - but i thought it was a good chance with the low PR.


      Can someone please tell me what they look for when selecting niche keywords or long tail keywords for domains.
