This question is not clear at all. What specifically do you want to do?

hey Vincent if you would like to track your sites so you know every time someone visits your site through facebook- add a sub url to your domian. This is an extended site eg: vincent.com/facebook you can do this via your host and you'll need to create a new site or keep the same site but add a new method to track these visitors.

Or if you mean you want to advertise on facebook using a site and track it- then you can create a site and start marketing on facebook. Ensure it is solely used for fb marketing otherwise your stats wont be correct. Then if people visit your site via fb you'll know that's where they came from.

I think this is what you were asking, if not please reply and I'll try to help
    all the best
