You know as we get more and more traffic to our website and have more comments and ect...this is when we find out that this stuff can be time consuming.

Next you have to write blog post and do article marketing, and even do a little social media stuff if you like me.

Yes this is an big schedule to keep each day..and the only way I keep my schudle is by using my little blue book where I write all my daily task in and mark them off as I go.

I wanted to know how do you guys stay on schedule and mange your time each day?

There are several methods that most of IM'ers using.

    1. Using a photo editor put your daily schedule in a image and then set it up as your desktop wallpaper.
    2. Write up the shedule in a White board infront your computer table.
    3. Write it in a piece of paper and paste in a side of the monitor.
    4. save it on your mobile phone...etc..

Old fashioned pen and paper for me.

Here's how I start my workday:

      1. Write down my action items for the day
      2. List them in order of importance
      3. Assign a deadline for each
      4. Get to work

      Makes a world of difference!

Same here...pen and paper and a daily to do list, IN addition I block out time periods when I have to focus on a specific task. so if article marketing is on my list for that day, I would block out 9-10 ( for instance) to write the article and submit it. Then I will check that off, take a short break and move on to the next. Sometimes "life" gets in between and sometimes I just take the day "off" to refresh my energy, but generally my pen and paper to do list keeps me on track.

As others have said, my whiteboard keeps me on track. Sometimes I forget to write stuff down though, fitting tasks in when I am able to and this puts me off track. I think if you are working hard enough, a schedule is not massively important.

Like others have said, I use a white board that hangs above my desk. I get distracted very easily and this helps me stay on task and get done what I have to. Between the tv, and internet it's almost a full time job to stay on task.

I put all my next day tasks in a to-do list. I sometimes forget some works when I just put them on my mind. There are a lot of times also that I can't follow my to-do list because I overuse my time at a single task, which is never advisable. The thing there is "control" over your actions and "self-discipline".

I tend to keep my non-standard action items in virtual sticky notes that are available on all my computers. Repeated daily tasks are just part of the routine I stick to out of habit.
