I've finally started making money on the internet!

I actually just started on fiverr.com and that's about it. A lot of times people are just trying that site to test out different people offering sevices they need. Just do really good work and it'll pay off. Most of the time they have other projects.

I actually started the other way around. I started doing small business websites on elance and for local businesses in my spare time. I probably netted 2-3k in 9 months, but that wasn't working very hard. I am trying to do some ebooks and bum marketing type stuff now too as I learn more and more about SEO. That is also helping me in my offline work.

Yes that is what I'm saying. Well usually the rate increases as the work load increases, however sometimes it can be hard to get more than $5 out of someone. That's when the quality of your work comes into play. Get them so hooked on your excellence that they would pay anything for it.

Um, I don't really have any tips per say as I am no professional. Just try and make good sounding recordings by getting a good mic and maybe a preamp. There are lots of programs that you can use to record. I already had pro tools so I use that, but stuff like garage band for macs would work really well too.

Making money from offering services is the single best way to start making money from home Online, especially here on the Warrior Forum, there are tons of hungry buyers here.

There are people who will "turn their nose up" at offering services because you have to "earn" your money, it's not "autopilot" etc etc. Unfortunately the marketers with this attitude will never make money using any method. Internet Marketing isn't for lazy people and you shouldn't try to run before you can walk.

Congratulations on your success so far. Sounds like you're not too far from being able to quit that 9-5!

Those who turn their noses up at offering services should take note. You're not far from quitting your day job, getting an extra hour in bed or an extra hour with your family while these guys continue to sit in "bumper to bumper" traffic waiting to be yelled at by their boss when they arrive 5 minutes late.

Congrats but the best way to make money online is to have two or more ways when one fail you can always opt for the other!

I haven't yet gone down the ebook route but have been thinking about it so that was helpful to know that you had already spent the best part a year with no success. I can't afford another year with next to no income (most of it was with a failing franchise.

I will take a look at your site, haven't a clue what services I could offer at the moment but then again on fiverr you can offer some really basic services and build from there i suppose - so you have got me thinking. Many thanks for sharing.

One thing I will share with others. No doubt that you will have been told time and time and again, find and mentor and be guided by them, and like me, you might have thought but how?

I think I may have managed to find mine and how I did this was quite by accident through Facebook. I have been building my IM contacts for the past few months and several very successful IMs have come to me as a result of a post I have made, or comment on someone else's post. There are some disreputable ones which you have to learn to avoid, but the one's that have come to me have offered free assistance - ok somewhere down the line they realise I will buy into their products or services but that is when I am in a position of profitability, or when they have helped me up the ladder a few rungs so to speak.
