INTERNET MARKETING

Is it raining chimney sweeps when you click Google.com? Or maybe Internet marketer?

Usually their images are cute, but I can't figure this out....

Head scratching......

It's a combo of two paintings by Renee Magritte:

I did the same thing... "What the heck is THAT supposed to be?"

You're right. Their images are usually excellent, but I think they dropped the ball on this one, even if it is done my a pro painter. I think the concept is supposed to represent bankers falling out of the sky. No idea about the green tomato, or whatever it is.

Hasn't anyone seen the Thomas Crown Affair?

The mind loves the unknown. It loves images whose meaning is unknown, since the meaning of the mind itself is unknown. ~~Rene Magritte

That's an apple in front of the gent's face.

The painting of the man with apple on his face is called The Son of Man.

I seem to remember that image in a Forbes Magazine TV ad or some other ad from the '80s.

Whenever you don't know what the Google image is, just mouse over it and the "tool tip" will tell you. There have been quite a few that I didn't get and I have learned a lot by reading the tool tip and then looking up the result.
