Hi,
I have found an exact match domain where the keyword phrase get roughly 250k exact match searches a month. The problem is that it is another language.

Do you think I should get it?

    Good question.

What language is the domain? What would you do with it?

If you speak the language and can put a site together in that language, go for it! Domains are so inexpensive you don't have a lot to lose. I have a buddy who sells a Spanish Clickbank product on a site with a Spanish domain... and he cleans up!

Let me see the keyword(s) and I'll tell you if its good or not. lol

If it has that much searches then its a very popular keyword and should be registered not only in .com but the TLD it represents like .de, .se, .pl, etc.

I do that all the time since English is "the other language" for me... register it, in worst case scenario you can at least sell it and make some profit on that.
